Denne siden viser hvor dataene bak Peilar.no kommer fra, og hvilke lisenser de er tilgjengeliggjort under. Den er særlig detaljert for GBIF-dataene bak Bærkartet, fordi en del av disse er lisensiert Creative Commons Navngivelse 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), som stiller krav om kildehenvisning.

1. GBIF: bærobservasjoner i Bærkartet

1.1 Om GBIF

GBIF (Global Biodiversity Information Facility, gbif.org) er en internasjonal database for artsobservasjoner. Den samler data fra naturhistoriske museer, forskningsinstitusjoner, offentlige etater og frivillige observatører over hele verden.

Peilar.no bruker GBIF som kilde til observasjoner av bærarter, blant annet blåbær, tyttebær og molte, i Bærkartet i Soppsankeren-tjenesten. Per 31. august 2026 omfatter datagrunnlaget om lag 113 557 observasjoner. Bærkartet viser hvor en art er observert og hvor mange observasjoner som finnes i nærheten, ikke en vurdering av hvor bæra faktisk vokser best.

1.2 Lisenser

Observasjonene vi bruker, er hentet fra GBIF under to lisenser: CC0 1.0 (ingen krav om kildehenvisning) og CC BY 4.0 (Creative Commons Navngivelse 4.0, som krever kildehenvisning til opphavsperson, datasett og lisens).

Observasjoner med andre lisensvilkår, blant annet CC BY-NC (ikke-kommersiell bruk), lastes ikke ned og brukes ikke av Peilar.no.

Lisensen gjelder per observasjon, ikke per datasett. Et datasett kan ha én lisens registrert hos GBIF, mens de enkelte observasjonene i det samme datasettet kan være lisensiert ulikt. Tabellen i punkt 1.3 viser datasettets registrerte lisens hos GBIF. Det er lisensen på den enkelte observasjonen, levert sammen med observasjonen (punkt 1.4), som avgjør hvordan den kan brukes.

1.3 Bidragsytende datasett

Bærobservasjonene i tjenesten er hentet fra 45 datasett registrert hos GBIF. Lisensen i tabellen er datasettets registrerte lisens hos GBIF, ikke nødvendigvis lisensen på hver enkelt observasjon i datasettet, se punkt 1.2.

1.4 Kildehenvisning i tjenesten

Kildehenvisningen for bærobservasjonene i Bærkartet ligger på denne siden, i tabellen over bidragsytende datasett i punkt 1.3: datasettets tittel, GBIFs egen siteringstekst der GBIF har publisert en, og datasettets registrerte lisens hos GBIF. Bærkartet i tjenesten viser selve observasjonene, art, avstand og antall i nærheten, ikke kildehenvisning per observasjon. Lisensen for den enkelte observasjonen kan avvike fra datasettets registrerte lisens, se punkt 1.2.

2. Andre data- og registerkilder

Utover GBIF behandler Peilar.no 400+ datalag fra offentlige og lisensierte kilder, blant annet NVE, Kartverket, Meteorologisk institutt, SSB, NGU, NIBIO, Miljødirektoratet og Statens vegvesen/NVDB. De fleste av disse er lisensiert under Norsk lisens for offentlige data (NLOD) 2.0, som tillater fri viderebruk av dataene mot kildehenvisning.
