Is it a subscription or a one-time payment?
Peilar is one-time payment only. You pay NOK 399 for a single address or NOK 799 for the 3-pack. No monthly fees — your report stays available in your account forever.
What is the difference between Free and Standard?
Free gives you a basic listing analysis from a Finn link and a composite risk grade A–F. Standard unlocks the full analysis — 300+ data points, an interactive hazard map, climate projections and a PDF you can share with broker and bank.
When is the 3-pack worth it?
If you are weighing more than one home: the 3-pack is NOK 799 versus NOK 1,197 for three single purchases — you save NOK 398. Addresses never expire, so you can use them as candidates appear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Vipps, Visa and Mastercard. You receive an emailed receipt immediately after purchase.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
The report is delivered digitally immediately after payment, and the right of withdrawal expires when you actively accept delivery. This is shown clearly in checkout — you can choose to wait before unlocking the report if you want to keep the right of withdrawal.
Where does the data come from?
All risk data is fetched directly from official Norwegian registers: NVE, NGU, Kartverket, MET, SSB, Miljødirektoratet, DSB, Nkom, Riksantikvaren and 20+ others. We never use data from sellers, brokers or third parties with commercial interests.
Can I use the report in a bidding round?
Yes. The PDF is intended as decision support for buyers, and you can share it with broker or bank. It does not replace a surveyor or legal advice, but it provides a factual basis that is often missing from the listing.
Do I need an account for the Free tier?
No. The free listing analysis works without sign-in. An account is only required once you pay for a report, so it stays saved and accessible later.
